If you’re really serious about losing weight and keeping it off, I highly recommend investing in the Weight Management Plan. This includes three full RTT sessions as well as accountability.
In our first RTT session, we will get to the root cause of all your issues and rewire your brain so you will eat differently. Our second session, usually 7-10 days later, will instil all the confidence you need to maintain your new eating habits. The final session, which is generally 4-5 weeks later, will ensure you will not only drop the weight, you will keep it off.
