I’m sharing this rapid transformation case study to inspire others and show you what is possible with Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).
I had the pleasure of working with Erika a few months ago and witnessing her transform before my eyes during our first RTT session.
Erika came to me because she was persistently retaining extra weight and suffering with bloating. She desperately wanted to be able to take pictures of herself again, something she had not done for over 10 years due to her low self esteem.
I first met Erika on our online discovery call. She is based in Pennsylvania in the US, and using Zoom, we were easily able to arrange a time that suited us both, despite the time zone differences.
We got to know each other, and I was able to discover the personal issues that were troubling Erika, in particular her past and present relationship with food.
She had a chocolate addiction when growing up, and at times had been very obsessed with food. As an adult she tried every cleansing fad currently in vogue as well as yo yo dieting. Erika had no success, and often found these diets just caused her to gain more weight and feel worse about herself.
Our full RTT session took place a week later, and it was amazing. Together, we were able to drill down to the root cause of her inability to lose weight. I regressed Erika through three memories. With each regression, it became more apparent how her self-destructive beliefs became her way of life.
Using Role, Function, Purpose, I was able to guide Erika to powerfully and effectively surrender her long held self-sabotaging beliefs. Erika was able to let go of these deep-seated beliefs which caused her weight problems and stopped her being able to take photos of herself for over ten years.
The Role, Function, Purpose technique is a practical yet dynamic way to discover the meaning attached to personal beliefs that a client is holding on to. It subsequently frees them from what can be years of pain. In Erika’s case, as in most of my client sessions, this release happened immediately.
As well as Role, Function, Purpose, we covered other unique techniques that Marisa Peer, founder of Rapid Transformational Therapy taught me in my specialised training as an RTT Therapist. These techniques included:
- becoming the loving parent
- upgrading the child; and
- merging the child
These incredibly effective RTT techniques offer a rapid and direct way to conquer old behaviours in a long-lasting way.
When it came time to undertake the transformation, I could already see big changes in Erika’s posture. I used many powerful words that Erika herself had used in our RTT session. Erika’s desires included becoming super powerful, more confident with her looks, comfortable taking pictures, looking good at the beach and to fit into all her smaller sized clothes.
We spoke briefly at the end of our session, when Erika came back to her conscious state. She said she felt a great release. She also had a very strong feeling of nausea which is a sign of a major shift in her perceptions.
When I followed up the next day, Erika informed me that the nausea didn’t last. Our session took place in the evening for Erika, so she was able to go straight to bed. She woke up feeling tired but the nausea had passed.
Erika also noted that she was definitely able to visualise herself looking slimmer. She was holding a vivid image of herself in her 20s. Back then she was on low carb eating plan, and holding this visualisation enabled her to return to those healthy eating habits.
I provided her with my ‘Tips for Shedding Weight Information Sheet‘ and we stayed in touch regularly. On day five, Erika told me she was listening to the recording every night and had made more adjustments to her diet, eating less and lower carbs. She shared that she was feeling lighter every day.
A fortnight after our RTT session, Erika’s email read: “I feel great, thank you! I lost 8lbs in two weeks and I am starting to fit into my smaller clothes:) I am still listening to the recording. I definitely felt an instant change, which is wonderful!”
We scheduled our follow-up session a month after the RTT session and during our 30 minute Zoom call, Erika excitedly shared with me that she had gone to her daughter’s graduation and allowed some pictures of herself to be taken. She was not yet ready to post any of these online. She set a goal that, for her holiday in August, she would take more pictures and post them online.
It was a great pleasure working with Rose. She is very sweet and a great RTT therapist. Rose has helped me tremendously! I needed help with weight loss and being able to take pictures of myself again. The recording was very detailed and personalized. She was very professional and followed up a few times. As of today, I released 11 lbs since my RTT session. I felt the transformation immediately! Rose helped me regain my power and be confident again about myself. Last week I had my daughter’s graduation and I was able to allow others to take pictures of me. I haven’t done that in 10 years! I cannot thank Rose enough for her help.
I recently received a lovely message from Erika to let me know “I am taking lots of pictures during my holiday in Malta. Very excited. I did a lot of shopping for my trip. Everything is a size small or extra small. Thank you! It’s been a great experience!”
Erika has very kindly agreed to me adding just some of her fantastic images here. She has posted so many stunning photos of herself on Facebook enjoying her time in Malta.
Having worked with a number of clients to help them to release excess weight, I have seen how powerful Rapid Transformational Therapy can be. Many of my clients have lost and regained weight in the past, sometimes many times over. Using RTT, weight loss is sustainable.
It is not a quick fix in every case, and can take more than a few months. Gradual weight loss can be more sustainable than rapid weight loss – baby steps and consistent progress is the key to becoming your ideal weight.
The personalised recording I provide to clients ensures consistency over a longer period. I recommend, with weight loss in particular, that clients listen for longer than the usual prescribed 21 days. Weight issues often stem from many, many years of embedded beliefs and behaviours. Therefore, changing these behaviours over time is far more sustainable therapy to ensure success.
You will form a far better relationship with food, and by consistently listening to your recording, your new health habits will be reinforced into your subconscious mind.
